During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds without prior notice.

3Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

For withdrawals, wau8 processes requests within 5 to 15 minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may take longer or be held until the review is complete. wau8 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for any withdrawal request deemed to require further review.

4Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

The outcome of all games at wau8 is generated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently certified by international certification bodies. This ensures that every slot spin, every card hand, and every shot in fish shooting games is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including wau8 itself.

The following are strictly prohibited on the wau8 platform:

7Platform Responsibility and Liability Limits

Wau8 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from technical disruptions, transaction processing delays due to factors beyond our control, or game results disputed after being confirmed by the certified RNG system. wau8's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds held in the relevant member's account at the time of the incident.
